At Rad Power Bikes, we stand behind the quality of our e-bikes and accessories with a 14-day free trial period to ensure you find the perfect ride for your lifestyle. If you are not completely satisfied, you can initiate a return for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the bike has fewer than 10 miles on the odometer.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging, includes all components, and shows no signs of excessive wear or damage beyond the 10-mile trial limit.

  Request a Return

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your bike or accessories in the original box, attach the provided shipping label, and drop it off at a designated carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
